Coaching: Making Your Dent in the World

While business ownership can truly transform your life (and the world), it can also be many other things that aren’t always listed in the fine print: scary, lonely, painful, and overwhelming.

Most of the entrepreneurs I’ve worked with in the past didn’t realize just how big that fine print could get or how much it could hold them back from success (my own journey through entrepreneurship was no different).

BUT,  don’t worry just yet, there’s another part of the fine print that is most often missed, and it’s the part that will make or break your success. This part will help rise above the din of insecurity and fear and change everything. And it is this: you cannot do it alone. Most successful business owners have all survived and eventually prospered through that same fine print. You see, Mike Hrostoski is lonely. Danielle LaPorte lost her business. Naomi Dunford was homeless. Alexis Neeley got divorced. And yet… they didn’t do it alone.

Where Coaching Comes In

Coaching is the “not alone” part of the fine print. As someone who’s been in the trenches, both with my own personal business and hand-in-hand with many, many others, coaching allows us entrepreneurs to work together to move business forward.

Coaching helps you by getting you to break it down to the nitty-gritty – to talk values, limiting beliefs, habits, and impact. A coach is your sounding board, your accountability partner, your personal trainer, and as Pamela Slim would say, a member of your Jedi High Council.

Why I Coach Modern Entrepreneurs

I coach because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel like there has to be more than this. That you’re capable of more, but that you just can’t seem to get any traction. You’re meant for a great, big life and coaching is the key to accessing that life.

I coach because I also know what happens when businesses fail. What happens to the owners and the families. Two of the three start-ups I helped to launch, failed. Not because there was anything wrong with their models, or talented teams, or approach, but because they tried to do it alone. And they didn’t have to.

Is Coaching Right For You?

So now you might be wondering, ‘Is coaching right for me?’ or ‘Am I at the right stage to take on coaching?’, well, you are the perfect candidate if you’re:

  • Ready for the next big something
  • Not sure where to start or where to go from here
  • Unable to focus on one particular idea
  • Starting a side hustle
  • Wanting to grow your side hustle into a full time hustle
  • Feeling stuck or at capacity with your current business

If you are ready to begin your journey with coaching and entrepreneurship, I have a few different options that could work for you! Feel free to contact me and my team of Modern Entrepreneurs for more information!
